It is with deep sadness and sorrow that the Central Executive Board of Hamazkayin announces the passing away of the Hamazkayin’s benefactor, faithful buttress of the Armenian education and culture, one of the core founders of Hamazkayin Belgium, Armen Arslanian, which happened on Sunday 17 May, 2015, in Belgium, following a brief illness.
