The Hamazkayin ″Oshakan" Chapter’s first cultural evening of the new season took place on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, in the presence of enthusiastic art lovers.
After her brief opening speech, Executive Secretary, Laura Meguerditchian started the literary part of the evening dedicated to Mushegh Ishkhan. Violet Tashdjian made an interesting report about the life and works of the beloved poet. She presented the writer’s poetry and prose full of love, goodness, and human feelings. Andranik Khachaturian, Laura Meguerditchian, Harut Tahmazian and Nairi Muradian read excerpts from Mushegh Ishkhan’s works .
In the second part of the evening artist, Tatiana Ferrahian presented her newly published album ″Urban Legends″. She gave interesting explanations about each picture. The artist also gave information about her activities in local circles and her participation in the international and local exhibitions.
The guests left the hall fully satisfied with the great, enjoyable and educational evening.
