A delegation from Hamazkayin’s Central Executive made a trip to France to visit the École Hamaskaïne-Tarkmantchatz outside Paris and the and Marseilles Djemaran, where they met with the schools’ principals, teachers, and students.
Chairperson Zakar Keshishian went to classrooms, where he spoke to students about Hamazkayin. He also told them about the importance of Armenian musical culture, and taught them about two instruments, the shvi and duduk. Board member Hasmik Chahinian, as an expert in children’s literature, explained the steps of writing a book, from beginning to write to publication.
