The Hamazkayin Artsakh Office held an opening ceremony of its new literary-cultural festival titled, “The Voice of the Living” on June 27, 2022. The literary-cultural festival had a lineup of both shows and interactive seminars. The festival closed with the participation of beloved poets Husik Ara and Hasmik Simonyan in the garden of the Paul Éluard House Center for Francophonie. Writers and lovers of literature alike appreciated the festival.
