On July 12, 2022, in a special program broadcast on “Vana Tsayn” (The voice of Van) radio, the Hamazkayin family in Lebanon paid respect to the memory of Gulène Torossian Der Boghossian.
Speaking of the artist’s legacy and sharing memories were Hagop Havatian, director of the Hamazkayin Lucy Tutunjian Gallery and Vahe Setian Press; Janet Hagopian Yapujian, former director of the Hamazkayin Toros Roslin Academy; Maral Der Boghossian, daughter of the deceased; Rafael Manukyan, a sculptor from Armenia; Carol Ziadé, artist, author, and professor at the Lebanese University; Mosig Gyuloyian and Rita Haswani, sculptors who studied under Gulène; and Michel Rouhana, president of the Lebanese Artists’ Association.
