A young Armenian boy born far from his Homeland recited an Armenian poem and made everybody feel proud. It was a hopeful day, because our Homeland spoke to us through that poem .
The Literary Committee of Hamazkayin Gladzor Chapter again succeeded in bringing together teens and young people from various schools of Toronto around the recitation contest of Armenian poetry. The participants had to recite a poem about Homeland from the previously made list of poems, both in the Western and Eastern Armenian languages. The event was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Armenia.
