Under the aegis of the Ministry of Culture of Lebanon and the presidency of Mr. and Mrs. Hrair and Talin Khatchadurian, the Hamazkayin Schools of Art on June 29, 2025, helf their yearend celebration. Organized by the trustees and administration, the event took place at the National Yeghishe Manougian College “Siran Manougian” Hall. Diplomates received their diplomas.
The administrator of the schools, Samig Garabedian, offered opening remarks. “The schools engage in tenacious and assiduous efforts to continue their mission, and this annual celebration is the best opportunity to review our work over the past year,” Garabedian said.
In the first part of the fine arts program, the “Gargach” children’s choir (conducted by Shoghig Torosian, accompanied on piano by Verona Rusialian) presented Parsegh Ganachian’s Hayreni garod. Then five students from the “Areg” School of Theater presented a part of Hovhannes Tumanian’s Gigosi mahe (director Silva Soghomonian). The “Sevan” Dance Ensemble of the “Kayane” School of Dance presented Aram Khachaturian’s Pepoyi yerge (dance teachers Jacqueline and Garen Maginian).
