The Toronto Booklovers’ Group held a gathering titled, “Spirit of the Armenian” at the Hamazkayin Haroutiun Manougian Library in the Toronto Armenian Centre. The event was organized by the Hamazkayin Toronto Chapter Literary Committee. Young booklovers Mosig Danadian, Lara Der Minasian, Zhbid Keshishian, Elena Farajian, Gabriella Batigian, Ani Khachadrian, Hayg Harutyunian, Alik Baboghlian, Shant Deokmejian, and emcee Rita Khachoyan presented a bouquet of works by Armenian authors. Meanwhile, Hrag Karamardian and Seyran Ghazarian played music. At the end of the program, Armineh Torikian, representing the board of the Literary Committee, presented books to the participants. The gatherings are led by Tamar Donabedian Kuzuian.
