The Hamazkayin Central Executive Board organized gathering for students in Europe, which took place from May 2 to 4, 2025, in Vienna. It brough together 20 students from different parts of the world. Over the three days, they participated in workshops and excursions, got to know one another, attended lectures on various fields of Armenian culture, and visited different centers and sights of Vienna’s Armenian community.
The gathering’s opening ceremony took place on May 2. Ara Parseghian, the person in charge of the gathering, welcomed the students and explained the three-day program and the events planned. Hagop Sahakian, who was responsible for the organizational work in Vienna and is a member of the Homenetmen Vienna Executive Board, then provided practical instructions to the participants.
Arin Kalousdian, executive manager of the Hamazkayin Central Executive Board’s Beirut Office, took the floor and gave a brief overview of Hamazkayin’s various programs, with a special focus on youth, teenage, and children’s initiatives.
