We happily announce that during a special event Mr. Jean-Noel Gerini, the president of the General Council of the province of Bush du Rhône in France, announced a €1.35 million endowment for the Hamazkayin Djemaran (Lyceum) of Marseilles. The money will be used for the construction of a sports structure adjacent to the school. We also announce that due to the consistent efforts of the school’s leaders, the Hamazkayin Lyceum in Marseilles will receive financial assistance from the French education ministry. Beginning in the following school year, the Ministry of Education will provide the most important part of the secondary school’s budget.
