The Central Executive Board of Hamazkayin is looking for a full or part time Executive Officer for its Administrative Office of the Americas.
Job duties and responsibilities:
• Managing fundraising activities, including the compilation of a donor database and the distribution of related literature.
• Organizing fundraising campaigns and events; establishing contacts.
• Deploying initiatives to obtain financial support from governmental entities, as well as from donor institutions and NGOs.
• Maintaining and updating the office website and social media platforms of the office.
• Implementing office duties, including organizational work, information gathering, record keeping, public relations and communications.
Minimum Position Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree with a few years’ experience in fundraising or nonprofit management. A degree or certificate in Fundraising Management or Nonprofit Management will be an asset.
• Good organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure in a multi-tasking environment.
• Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge of Armenian will be an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer and social media skills.
