Hamazkayin Syria held its 27th extraordinary regional representative assembly was convened on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at the Levon Shant Hall of the A. Manougian Community Center in Aleppo.
There were 27 voting delegates and 15 nonvoting participants. Since the assembly was held in anticipation of the organization’s Tenth General Assembly, the regional convention heard the quadrennial report of the Central Executive Board. Garo Manjikian, representing the board, took questions. Proposals for the worldwide assembly were considered.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the regional assembly elected delegates for the General Assembly.
