On March 18, 2026, a unique memorial event was organized in the auditorium of the Nestoridis Mansion on Rhodes to honor the memory of Chara Keoseyan, who had been chair of the local "Dikran Yergat" branch of the Hamazkayin Educational and Cultural Society and a writer. An intellectual and educator, Keoseyan left behind a past full of memories within the cultural life of Rhodes, and specifically stood out as an energetic member of Hamazkayin, earning the respect of her comrades.
The event bore the title, "The Woman Through Memory and Tradition." The prelate of the Diocese of Greece, Bishop Sahag Yemishian, was present, alongside the chair of the Hamazkayin Regional Executive Board, Yuliana Manougian, and ARF Armenian National Committee member Khatchig Khatchadourian. Other dignitaries were also in attendance.
