On September 14, 2025, members of the Hamazkayin Book Lovers’ Group—Nareg Karamardian, Rita Khachoyan, Elena Farajian, Gabriella Batigian, Alik Baboghlian, and Hayg Harutiunian—presented “Hay Aghprdik” (Armenian bros), a volume by satirist Nshan Beshiktashlian. They also provided a brief overview of the author’s life and work.
Before the presentation began, Ms. Khachoyan, a member of the Toronto “Glatzor” Chapter Executive Board, congratulated long-time Hamazkayin member and writer Krikor Hotoyan on two special occasions: his 100th birthday and the publication of his new book.

This series of events provides an opportunity for young book lovers to become familiar with the lives and works of Armenian writers and to develop their use of the Armenian language.
