Committed to improving the supply of competent instructors of art and culture throughout the Armenian diaspora, the Hamazkayin Central Executive Board held a training session in Yerevan for dance teachers. It is led by Suren Khatchatryan, experienced member of the Berd Dance Ensemble.
The purpose of the dance instructor refresher course if to teach the rich heritage of Armenian folk dance and new methods of instruction. Three teachers from Hamazkayin Syria and two from Hamazkayin Kuwait are participating.
